How God Used Your Generosity to Feed Over 40 Families

Last Christmas, what began as a simple step of obedience turned into a miracle.

After reading Proverbs 19:17, the founder of Geaux Foundation felt led to send money so families in the rural villages of Uganda could have food for Christmas. At first, she planned to do it alone. But after praying a second time, she felt prompted to reach out to Magnolia Church in Louisiana.

In less than two days, Magnolia Church and Geaux Foundation together raised $1,200 — enough to feed over 40 families who had nothing for Christmas and felt completely forgotten.

What started as one person’s burden became a church-wide blessing and a powerful picture of God’s heart for the poor.

Every $40 Donation Supports a Family in Rural Uganda With a Full Christmas Food Package

Families living in the rural villages of Uganda often struggle to access basic essentials, especially during the Christmas season. Your gift helps ensure they have the food and supplies they need to celebrate with dignity and joy.

Each Christmas Food Package contains:

  • 1 kg of meat

  • Blue Band (margarine)
